Public Education & Services:
Below is a list of scheduled events, services and education the department offers.
If you are interested in any of the following please call Headquarters at 360-678-3602
- Engine or Station Visits, and Fire and Life Safety Classes may be scheduled for school groups, preschools, civic organizations, businesses, or any other group.
- Smoke Detectors: If your smoke detectors are hard to reach, need batteries, or if you just need some advice on where to locate them, feel free to call us, and we'll send someone to help.
- CPR/ First Aid Classes American Heart Association (AHA) HeartSaver CPR classes for the general public, are available the 4th Saturday of every month. You can also take AHA First Aid class which starts right after the CPR Portion.
- If you are a healthcare provider and need a Healthcare Provider CPR class please call us and we will see if we can accommodate you.
- Time: CPR portion starts at 9AM. First Aid Portion starts directly after, approx. 1 PM.
Cost: $20 for CPR $20 for First Aid
Where: CW Fire Headquarters 1164 Race Rd.

- Blood Pressure Checks may be done for you anytime at our Headquarters, 1164 Race Rd., between 6:30AM and 6:30 PM.
- Classroom Rental: Our Training room is available for Free Rental.
- Home Safety Inspections: If you need help or advice on home fire safety, we'll come out and give you a hand.
- Fire Extinguisher Education and Demonstrations are available by request.
